COVID-19 Policy

At M. Dika Dermatology, the well-being of our patients and staff is our priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that we can take care of you and other patients safely while reducing risk to our healthcare team.

  • *Guests are prohibited unless you require a caregiver, to reduce risk to other patients and our staff.

  • *Completing Visit Paperwork: You are required to complete the check-in paperwork prior to your appointment in order to limit our lobby capacity. When your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from noreply@ezderm.com with the subject “Email Verification from Dika Dermatology” to sign up for our patient portal. Please verify your email then complete your intake forms. Please remember to sign the consent forms (Under "Appointments" at the top right). For detailed instructions, click here.

  • Rescheduling Symptomatic Patients. Call to reschedule if you develop symptoms of illness, have had COVID testing, or have a known COVID exposure in the 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Symptoms may include fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, loss of taste/smell, diarrhea, or body aches. If you have active symptoms of COVID-19, click here for testing centers in our area.

  • Sanitization. We use all EPA-approved sanitization products recommended for disinfecting the COVID-19 virus from surfaces.
